What if I want to prove ownership of domain which is protected by ID Shield.

You can temporarily disable the ID Protect service through your domain control panel. Turn off the service and the whois information will be restored from the real one on file. Once you finished, simply re-open the ID shield then you are under protection without any charge.

Not all, but this service is available for .com .net .org .biz .mobi .info .in and almost all new gTLDs.

Should I need to Apply ID Shield Every Year?

There is no need to do that. If a domain is renewed and it has been applied for ID Shield, then the ID Shield service for the domain will also be renewed.
