Within the End User Portal Pages, the user can:
View information about the order
Check on the authentication status and see comments posted by our support team for orders not yet issued
Initiate certificate reissue/replacement requests
Initiate cancellation requests for all SSL certificates within the refund policy 
Initiate revocation requests for SSL certificates
Resend various order emails
Modify order contact data
